 Please note that we don’t accept returns on roasted coffee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Online orders:  Are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is in production we cannot make changes to it. For cancellations within the 24 hour window please email us at

Confirmed Subscription orders: are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please ensure that you modify your upcoming subscription orders to suit your needs prior to the scheduled production date.

Merchandise and brewing gear orders: can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition, with unopened original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once gear has been received and deemed unused.
